<div style="text-indent: 32pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt">二十年代的广东动荡不安，很多老百姓纷纷逃到东南亚一带谋生。我家里世代给地主家种田，一家人起早贪黑的劳作，一年到头却换不来一顿饱饭?0岁那年，父亲患了重病，又无钱买药，不久病逝，这使得家里一下子失去了经济来源。环顾四周，家里除了一个早年到马来西亚做生意的叔叔再没有别的亲人可以投靠。母亲不得已带我和妹妹下?ldquo;南洋”。在马来西亚，我们家靠叔叔的接济和给庄园主做工勉强生活。虽然当时生活很艰苦，但是母亲特别重视对我们的教育。她坚持把我和妹妹送到当地华文学校读书，希望我们能好好读书，将来靠自己的力量回到祖国。她常说“我这代人是回不去了，但是你们一定要回去，因为那是我们自己的国家，我们的根在那里?rdquo;我当时虽然不能完全体会母亲的深意。但是从母亲的眼神中我还是体会到那份特殊的感情?span> </span></span></div>
<div style="text-indent: 32pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt">因此，我读书比别人更加努力，学习成绩一直名列前茅。小学毕业后，我因为成绩优秀直接升入初中。读初中时的班主任叶质明是我永远难忘的引路人。叶老师经常教导我们?ldquo;我们的祖国饱受战乱和创伤，现在还很贫穷，需要每一个热血青年为祖国的建设奋斗。你们一定要努力学习，长大了回去建设祖国?rdquo;我就是从那时候起，真正有了回归祖国的念头。初中毕业后，我开始了自己的计?mdash;—回归祖国?/span></div>

<p><span style="font-size: 16pt"><strong>少年时代</strong></span><span style="font-size: 16pt"><br />
</span><span style="font-size: 16pt">1937</span><span style="font-size: 16pt">年，七七事变爆发，从此中国进入到艰苦的八年抗战时期。日寇在中国的所作所为传到马来西亚，华人们义愤填膺，纷纷捐款捐物支援祖国抗战。我也时常加入到大人们当中，跟他们一起示威游行，听他们讲述我们的祖国。也是在那个时候，我才第一次听说了长江，黄河和万里长城，祖国在我心中的印象更加清晰起来。到?942年，由于日军大举入侵马来西亚，学校被迫停课，不久在占领者的压迫下，学校又被强制恢复上课，但课程里增设了一堂日语课。全校的学生没有一个人愿意上日语课，但为了应付日本人的检查，有时不得不叫几个人坐在那摆样子，有时虽然课堂坐满着人，但老师只是在黑板上写几个日本字，讲得却是抗日的故事<span style="color: black">?/span>对日本人的仇恨在我们每一个人的心中燃烧。那些与日本人抗争的故事，是我们最爱听，也最爱说的。后来这些故事里的人有些是我身边所熟悉的人，这让我很振奋，他们与日军的斗争故事不断地在激励我，在我的心中，这些人?/span><span style="font-size: 16pt">是真正的勇士?/span></p>

<div style="text-indent: 32pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt">1943</span><span style="font-size: 16pt">?月，我也走上了抗日道路，参加了马来人民抗日军，并在第二年加入马来西亚共产党。我们到处收集英军遗弃的武器，在原始丛林中神出鬼没的打击日军。战斗有时候非常激烈，我有几次都是死里逃生。到处挨打的日军恼羞成怒，把怒气都撒到老百姓头上。一次日军闯入邻居张新家，要强奸他的年幼的女儿。一家人跪在地上求饶，最后实在没有办法，他的妻子主动站出来代替女儿受辱。日军的残暴没有吓倒人民，反而激起了人民更大的反抗。我们战斗在马来亚的大街小巷、乡村田野。到1945年，我们已经由成立时?000余人发展?000余人?945?月，我们向拒不投降的日军发起总攻，解放了马来西亚全境，并在城市和乡村建立民主政权?/span></div>

<p><span style="font-size: 16pt"><strong>回到新中?/strong></span></p>

<div style="text-indent: 32pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt">1949</span><span style="font-size: 16pt">?月，新中国即将成立的消息传到马来西亚，我那颗早已盼望回国的心剧烈的跳动起来。带着对光明的向往，我不顾父母的反对，带着妹妹毅然回国。我们在汕头下船后，就直奔解放区而去。在河婆县，我参军入伍，由于我很喜欢唱歌跳舞，被分配到华南军区文工团，后分属广州军区。不久，上级部门委派我到汉口军警干校教书?954年我转业到沙市百货公司，从此我与荆州结下了不解之缘?/span></div>
<div style="text-indent: 32pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt">沙市百货公司的领导对我非常信任，安排我担任批发部主任，并委派我带队参加了修建西干渠等大型工程建设。在西干渠施工时，我们住的工棚冬天没有暖炉，晚上冻得我们几个南方回来的同志在通铺上挤成一团。夏天，蚂蝗穿透帆布工作服，咬得浑身都是大泡。白天，我们用独轮车推着一二百斤重的水泥修坡筑堤，扛着几十斤重的沙包上下转运。到了晚上，蚊子多的直往鼻孔里钻，但是我们没有一个人叫苦叫累，大家的心都是热的。艰苦的劳动，磨练了我的意志，使我能够在不管遇到什么困难的时候，都能乐观的去克服，勇敢的去面对，顽强的去拼搏?/span></div>
<div style="text-indent: 32pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt">1990</span><span style="font-size: 16pt">?月，我光荣离休，但是单位领导却始终不曾忘记我，每逢节假日都来看望我，这令我非常感动。回望回国的几十年，我总是感觉国家照顾我的太多，而自己所做的贡献太少。我多么希望能再倒退二十年，那样我一定会更加努力的工作。我真诚的感谢党和政府的关怀，永远不会忘记我亲爱的祖国！</span></div></span></td>
