<p><span style="font-size: 16pt"> </span><span style="font-size: 16pt">1988</span><span style="font-size: 16pt">年，从北师大毕业后，任云留校做党政工作，在学校任团委副书记。直?992年邓小平同志南巡讲话以后，任云的人生轨道发生了改变，开始转向了经济?ldquo;当时，各个重点大学都在搞产业，校长就找我谈话，要我去沈阳把一?000多人的厂接下来，就是校企合作。但是我不懂经济，学校就说，你到国外去学，将来中国经济发展正需要一批经济人才，我就这样到了日本?rdquo;</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 16pt"> </span><span style="font-size: 16pt">任云说，那个时候的日本企业可以说是全世界研究的一个重要项目，大家都在研究日本式的企业管理为什么能取得成功？来到日本樱美林大学后，任云的目的就是学习企业管理，“企业管理是相对经验性的东西，比较具体化、经验化?rdquo;喜欢搞理论的任云则从微观经济学的角度来对日本的企业管理进行研究?/span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 16pt"> </span><span style="font-size: 16pt">“我到日本留学是全国学联派去的，那是带着一种使命出去的?rdquo;因此，任云在日本做的课题都是与中国挂钩的?ldquo;日本企业为什么搞的这么好，它成功的秘诀在哪里，他们的管理模式对中国的企业改革和企业发展有没有借鉴作用，它是不是值得我们学习？我们当时是带着这个想法出去的，这个意识很强?rdquo;</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 16pt"> </span><span style="font-size: 16pt">任云曾写过一篇评中国产业政策的文?mdash;—《日本产业政策再评价及对我国的启示》?ldquo;写这篇文章的初衷是看到国内一些做研究的人一说起产业政策就都把日本产业政策作为成功的经验，政府部门也热衷参照日本经验，制定、实施产业政策?rdquo;在任云看来，这却是一种误解，是一种背书式、教科书式的描述，缺乏分析?/span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 16pt"> </span><span style="font-size: 16pt">任云在他的文章中写道：日本的产业政策果真如我国所宣传的那?是成功的范例?在回顾了学术界的一般性评价，并从政策设计、重点产业选择标准及制定依据等方面考察了产业政策的合理性之后。特别是根据事实对产业政策的实施效果进行了重新评价和分析，得出的基本结论是：日本的产业政策并非卓有成效，不是日本经济发展成功的要素。这个结论启示我们必须加快推动中国的市场化经济改革?/span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 16pt"> </span><span style="font-size: 16pt">在日本生活长?0年，长期往来于中日之间，让任云在看待一些问题时更加敏锐?ldquo;日本的东西有好的方面，这是中国应该学习的经验，但也有不好的方面，中国应该吸取教训。比如说日本现在的高龄化、日本现在的产业结合创新能力，中国在二十年、三十年以后可能也会走到这一步?rdquo;</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 16pt"> </span><span style="font-size: 16pt">任云任教的日本樱美林大学有十几个中国老师，这些老师都在日本生活十五年以上，有的超过二十五年?ldquo;我把他们召集起来出一本书，我是主编，书名是《在日华人学者论日本》?rdquo;任云说，这本书是站在比较中立的角度，对一些中国人对日本的一些误解和对日本不甚了了的一些东西来进行描述，他一开始编撰这本书，就想到要在中国出版，主要是让中国能了解日本，认识日本，学习日本的经验，吸取日本的教训，这些也是为了丰富我们的智慧?/span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 16pt"> </span><span style="font-size: 16pt">“公共图书馆的建设是城市文化建设的重要组成部分，我作为松滋人，要办一些力所能及的事情，帮助城市文化的形成和发展?rdquo;对于松滋的发展，任云一直很关注?/span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 16pt"> </span><span style="font-size: 16pt">任云有一个研究中国农村经济的课题，他把松滋选成了一个点?ldquo;松滋是中部经济的一个代表，既有平原，又有丘陵山区，经济特色比较全面。经济水平不管从总量还是平均量来说，在全国县级市里均处于中等水平，农民人均收入在2010年就?900元多，和全国平均基数相当?rdquo;任云说，“我们选课题一般都要选有典型代表意义的，不是一个特殊的例子，而是要带共性的东西?rdquo;从这个角度说，松滋就是这样一个典型?/span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 16pt"> </span><span style="font-size: 16pt">在松滋做调研时，任云到过木天河、万年桥几个新农村建设点，看过村民搞的合作社、蔬菜大棚、鱼塘、葡萄园等?ldquo;松滋现在发展很快，我经常带一些朋友和导师来松滋做调研，很有看头，我可以很自豪地介绍家乡?rdquo;</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 16pt"> </span><span style="font-size: 16pt">说到松滋的发展，任云认为，还要加强文化建设?ldquo;在日本，一个地方政府最好的不是办公楼，而是图书馆。所有小学盖得都是一样的，课程也一样，不像国内小学资源差距这么大，所以没有像择校这种问题，义务教育是很均衡的，由国家统一管理?rdquo;在任云看来，松滋的图书馆建设包括文化事业确实在发展，但还有待加强，特别是文化基础设施建设和公共文化资源配置要向农村地区倾斜?/span></p>
